Shoot Style & Coverage
This package is designed as a fast-paced editorial portrait session focused primarily on portraiture. Approximately 90% of the delivered gallery will consist of editorial-style portraits, while the remaining 10% may include environmental, location, and detail shots at the photographer's discretion.
Creative Direction & Weather Conditions
Each session is photographed and edited according to the natural conditions of the day. The photographer will always make the best creative use of the available location, lighting, and weather conditions to achieve the strongest possible results.
Clients acknowledge that weather conditions may affect the visual style of the final images. For example:
- Cloudy weather may result in softer, moodier imagery
- Bright sun may create stronger contrast and dramatic light
- Golden hour or sunset may produce warmer, glowing tones
- Light rain may result in a cinematic rainy-day style session, creating a unique mood and atmosphere
Final editing decisions remain at the photographer's creative discretion to best suit the atmosphere of the session.
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure and confirm the booking date for this package.
- All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
One complimentary reschedule is permitted in the event of:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Personal emergencies
Any additional rescheduling requests may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Delivery Time
- Final edited images will be delivered within approximately 3–14 business days depending on workload and season.
- The photographer may deliver galleries earlier where possible.
Gallery Availability
- Online gallery links will remain active for 1 week from the delivery date.
- Extended gallery hosting may be purchased for an additional fee.
Rush Delivery
Rush editing and expedited delivery options are available upon request. Please contact the photographer for pricing and availability.
Usage Rights
Clients receive personal and commercial usage rights for the delivered images.
The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images and reserves the right to use photographs for:
- Portfolio display
- Website content
- Social media
- Promotional and marketing purposes
Travel & Location
- Complimentary travel applies to selected areas only.
- Please note that this package is portrait-focused, meaning lighting and time of day are generally more important to the final result than the specific location itself.
Overtime
- A grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed.
- Additional time beyond the included session duration will incur a fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes.
- Overtime is subject to photographer availability on the day of the shoot.
